Starting Salary: Starting salary is $47,659 (which is Bachelors Step 0) (Final compensation based on experience and degree).

Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging math instruction aligned to TN state standards
Differentiate lessons and assessments to meet the needs of all learners, including ELL and Exceptional Ed students
Integrate inquiry-based strategies that push students to think critically and independently
Build strong relationships with students and create a classroom culture rooted in accountability and care
Collaborate regularly with colleagues and academic coaches to improve practice
Participate in ongoing PD and weekly extended learning sessions until 5:15pm
Communicate consistently with families and contribute to a thriving school community
Administer state assessments and track student progress toward mastery
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required)
Valid Tennessee Teaching License with appropriate math endorsement
