Starting Salary: Starting salary is $47,659 (which is Bachelors Step 0) (Final compensation based on experience and degree).

What You'll Do:
Deliver high-impact instruction aligned to the Common Core and Tennessee State Standards
Plan and facilitate inquiry-based lessons using cutting-edge computer science curriculum
Build strong, trusting relationships with students, families, and colleagues
Implement best practices in differentiation for English Language Learners (ELL) and Exceptional Education (ExEd) students
Collaborate with a team of educators to drive student growth and achievement
Participate in ongoing professional development and leadership coaching
Promote a classroom culture centered on high expectations, mutual respect, and student ownership
Administer and support school and state-wide assessments
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree (minimum) in education or subject-specific field
Valid Tennessee Teaching License with Computer Science endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)
Deep content knowledge and strong instructional skills in computer science
