Key Responsibilities:
Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction using evidence-based practices
Use data to drive planning, instruction, and assessment to meet all students’ needs
Collaborate with a diverse team to cultivate a supportive and high-achieving academic culture
Create inquiry-driven lessons that engage students and promote critical thinking
Integrate and implement accommodations for ELL and Exceptional Education learners
Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and the community
Participate in school-wide professional development and collaborate with instructional leaders
Administer state assessments and support school-wide initiatives
Contribute to a culture of excellence, equity, and continuous learning
Who You Are:
Hold a Bachelor's degree (minimum) in English, Education, or a related field
Possess or are eligible for a Tennessee teaching license with an English endorsement
